[Archived] Raw Input breaks tablet support

Problem Details:
Enabling Raw Input in the options prevents tablet movement from being detected, though the mouse can still move, and tablet clicks are detected.
I tried disabling the OS Tablet support afterwards and that didn't change anything.

Wacom tablets use proprietary drivers, which don't conform to hardware standards. I may look at adding support for them later.

Oh, I'm surprised I hadn't heard about that before.. I know plenty of people who use Wacom tablets for osu! though, so figured this would have been a new bug rather than Wacom being funny.. never mind then I guess!
