Random mod, just a few suggestions:

00:14:021 (14021|0,14110|1,14200|2,14290|4,14380|6) - Change these to something else, the twinkle sound starts at 00:14:470 (14470|0) - not at 00:14:021 (14021|0) -

Your holds should extend all the way to the end of the note, not end a bit early.

Your SVs are WAY too fast. You use them in a good place, but they are too fast for almost anyone to read properly. I got 11 misses and I think every one of them was because of the SVs.

00:07:194 (7194|1,7194|3) - here you use 2 notes for snare , wich is good
00:09:350 (9350|4,9350|0,9350|2) - and here you use 2 note for snare , + 1 LN , wich is equal to 3 notes
^ some people count the LNs as notes, some don't up to you to count it as 2 or 3
00:10:967 (10967|1) - this LN should end here : 00:11:506 (11506|2) -
00:11:506 (11506|6) - change one of notes into LN ending here : 00:11:865 (11865|6) -
00:11:865 (11865|3) - this LN should end here : 00:12:045 (12045|2) -
00:12:045 (12045|2) - make a New LN here , and end it here : 00:12:224 (12224|2) -
^ all the LNs here follow the piano
00:14:021 (14021|6) - add one note (drum sound here )
00:14:200 (14200|4) - here aswell add one
00:15:188 (15188|3,15278|5,15368|6) - this 3 notes actually didn't sound to any sound , ( we call that ghosting notes) remove them :3
00:15:098 (15098|2) - this should be 2 notes~
01:01:266 (61266|5,61311|4,61356|3,61401|2) - i'm not sure about thoose notes , maybe they are ghosting
01:29:110 (89110|1,89290|2,89470|3) - remove , ( notes here are ghosting they didn't represent any song imo)
01:24:440 (84440|6,86506|5,86595|4) - your LNs should finish earlier , they finish after the mp3 and may cause a bug (if i'm not wrong)
end them here : 01:29:470 (89470|1) - or 01:29:290 (89290|1) - up to you :3

I've forgot to mod them , and honnestly I can't , i'm new to SVs and don't really know that much about them ,
I can only give my opinion as a player , some of them have a great feel , but also somes feel too surprising , maybe you could try reduced the effect
hmm better ask someone that know much in SVs ^^'
