A Pending/WIP map can not be deleted, this is only possible when a map is Graved.
A map will be moved to Graved automatically after 30 days without any updates, it then can be deleted from the discussion tab:

Maps can not be moved to Graved manually, so I'm afraid you have to wait the 12 days until 3 of your maps move to graved.
Maps can not be deleted before being Graved, an exception to that is:
- Duplicated uploads (uploading the same map twice by accident).
- Maps that break the Rules. (Though this often comes with a punishment that doesn't allow to upload maps for a "certain time"*)
- The copyright holder asking for the material to be made unavailable.
(^^ Just means the download button will be removed, but in such a case a pending map can be requested to be deleted by the GMT, if my memory is correct)
*No idea how long the "certain time" is, but my guess is, that it depends on the severity and if the user had done such a thing in the past already.
