Will capping or normalizing loudness to a fixed value (LUFS) ever be a thing, in lazer or in ranking criteria? The loudness variation between songs don't feel great.
Stable backport is not going to be expected. Maybe featured artist tracks would be requested to comply with normalization and produce quieter mixes though
