I'm assuming this is a bug because it's annoying and it didn't used to be this way. When the cursor is still in fullscreen CtB, the osu cursor fades out but the normal Windows cursor takes it place. Before, both cursors were hidden so they didn't get in the way. I'm using 1024x768 resolution, with frame limiter at both 60fps and 120fps. I have no idea what the behavior in windowed was beforehand, so I couldn't say if anything was wrong in windowed even if I checked.
