[resolved] Unable to replace file osu!.exe?

Problem Details:

Whenever i boot osu it tries to update and it displays this message. Anyone have an idea why? This is the first update it''s done this.

osu! version: 20140220.14

Delete osu!.exe from folder, and run osume.exe again.

Where is osume.exe? I don't see it in the folder.
