Hi, so I keep on finding skins that I like but they're all .RAR and I have no idea which program I'm supposed to open it with. Last time I tried to download a .RAR extractor I got a virus so I'd just like to know which program is safe.

Go download the file on XPJ's link. Install it and open the .rar file. Extract it to your osu!'s Skin folder and you're all set.
