Problem Details:
I heard that multi account isn't allowed and you will get a ban. Well my brother created an account on Osu! and now i heard that multiacc's get banned etc.
How do i clarify the admins on Osu that they shouldn't ban my account for ,,suspicion of multiacc"

Just don't play on your brother's account and don't let your brother play on your account.
Simple as that. Countermeasures are not shown in public or else it would be useless at the future.

Besides that is there actually the possibility to get banned due to sharing the same IP adress ?

Just wondering if the system checks it when i lets say play at my sisters house.
