idk it's their choice at the end of the day, suggesting someone to take plastic surgery is overall not very common as there is a negative connotation to plastic surgery itself, not only that, but it's EXPENSIVE AS FUCK. However I think most people who get plastic surgery are generally insecure because its a high cost, risky, invasive procedure that permanently changes the body. The type of person to go to that extreme is usually (but not always) desperate for a change in their life.
Plus its a bit of a coin flip on whether the person is improved or not. Its not really worth it.

I will say though that some people in this thread don't understand the specific dynamics of getting plastic surgery in Korea. It's so common that I don't think a Korean woman necessarily needs to even be particularly insecure to consider getting it, it's almost the norm.
