Needs a lot of cleaning up, I'm not good at this stuff. I can guarantee there's a lot to fix but I don't know what yet.

Hi! I love this song, so I'll try to help you modding it :D :D
(I'm not a native speaker, sry if some parts are confusing.)
Easy
In some cases you'll need to adjust the grid level to 4
  1. From 00:08:064 (1) - to 00:22:962 (2) - try to change the distance spacing from x0.5 to x0.7 or x0.08 so it can be seen more clearly.
  2. 00:15:753 (1,2,3) - 00:17:676 (1,2,3) - 00:19:598 (1,2,3) - are too close, space them a bit more like you did before.
  3. Change 00:35:217 (1,2) - 00:37:139 (1,2) - 00:39:061 (1,2) - to sliders.
  4. Same with 00:41:464 (2,3) -
  5. Replace 00:43:627 (2) - with 00:43:627 (2) - and flip horizontally.
  6. 00:45:309 (4) - move it to the ending of the slider (x=256 y=312).
  7. Not necessary, but you may want to move 01:01:889 (5) - to a better position (p.e.: x=120 y=240)
  8. 01:27:840 (2) - Space this more.
  9. 01:40:335 (1,2,3,4) - overlaps with slider. Move it slightly up (or right).
  10. 02:01:480 (1,2,3) - space them a bit.
  11. 02:25:990 (4) - move it to x=64 y=208
  12. 02:29:835 (4) - move it to x=448 y=172
  13. 02:35:601 (2) - is too high!
  14. 02:44:492 (2) - change this design. Use this instead (or anything better).
Hard
I know is not finished yet but I want to suggest to change the AR to 6. That's all.
Insane
I can't complete this diff, very insane for me :o , don't expect too much.
  1. 00:31:973 (8) - 00:32:934 (8) - delete.
  2. 01:29:642 (8) - 01:31:564 (8) - ^^^
  3. Streams are overmapped. Use another technique, p.e. slider streams.
Also change the combo colors. They are... colorful. Pick others like purple or grey, to match with the BG and the song.
