Can key actuation force affect my playing?

Recently I sprained my tapping arm (bicep specifically) and I couldn't figure out what went wrong. I'm finally well enough (like 85%) to play again but I noticed that I have to use a ridiculous amount of force when playing or ill miss. I use a Corsair K55 RGB Pro which has a 64 gf Operating Force and a 34 gf Actuation Force. I'm not sure if it is considered bad or not. I never really noticed before injuring myself and I'm wondering if that played a factor in my injury. The only other things I can think of is holding my arm up way too high when playing or my bicep tensing up way too much; I do have spastic diplegia which make my muscles tight already but it does affect arms though. Would finding a keypad with better ap help this?

Not sure about the keyboard, but be careful playing the game during injury. If you've been playing fine all this time and now you just start noticing it, you've likely not healed well enough to play the game.

don't force yourself to play the game if you don't feel well, you will harm yourself even more if you keep enduring the pain

also, congratulations for being a 6 digit!!
