Download a diverse range of maps from the recently Ranked/Loved section of the Beatmap Listing.

Don't play if you're tired. You'll play far worse. Sleep well, eat well, play well.

Also, use the beatmap packs like they said. Or just download all the recent maps in the last week or so and play those.

If you want specific in-game stuff: Keep in mind this is a rhythm game, not an aim game. You can always focus on your rhythm sense, aka how well you can follow the rhythm and cadence of the song as well as the rhythm of the objects in relation to the map. It's extremely helpful to take a map into the editor and just let it play, following the track at the top to see the spacing for when to tap and the main screen for aim. You can also use the editor to make practice diffs for sections you find most troubling.

As a 300K player, don't try to dip your hand too far into 4*-5* maps. IN some fairness I think you should be dipping into low 4* by that point just to see what they're like, but generally speaking your comfort range is likely going to be from about 3-3.6* (as in, the range that you will have some challenge but still be able to FC most of the maps you play). That means that 3.65-4.1* maps are likely your out-of-comfort zone where they're hard enough to be challenging yet easy enough that you can actually make noticeable progress. I personally wouldn't suggest playing higher than 4.2 or 4.3* except for fun or if you find a 4.5*+ map you just really want to get a pass submission on.

Lastly, please enjoy game. If your schedule doesn't allow it or you're not having fun, just quit. Uninstall if necessary. Do NOT (I repeat, DO NOT) slave your life (and/or youth) away on this game if it stops being fun or meaningful.
