depends on your definition of farm maps, but theres so much different types of stuff out there considered 'farm' for one skillset or another that its kinda pointless to try and avoid it. its a level playing field anyways so i dont really see why it would matter

But for a more direct answer, I think mrekk could make 2 digit with maps that could at least somewhat reasonably be called non farm.

You'd either A.) have to be so goddamn good you could FC 9-10* maps to get 900+pp from them, or B.) find as many underweighted maps as possible and hope you can get enough pp from them. Which likely isn't going to net you 2-digit anyways since that'd probably cap at about 500-600 without doing option A anyways.
Granted, there might be some leeway. The one 9.00* map I see, Astral Empire, gives 1Kpp at a 97.49% FC, and 900 at about 95%, although both assume you get only 100s and no 50s or misses. That's still a gigantic ask, though.

I think it's definitely possible. Mrekk only needs 64% of his account pp to get 2 digit. To put that into perspective for yourself, can you get a play worth 64% of your top play on a non farm map? I think I certainly can, probably pretty easily at that.
