Hello my friends!

Today I am making my first post to inquire about my current level of the osu game!
I wanted to find out and ask the great osu community for help on certain aspects

I have a problem with the sensitivities since I change them a lot, I have 1600dpi with 0.50x sens but I don't know exactly what amount of sensitivity to use

And another detail to note is that I naturally have 70-75% accuracy on 7-8 star maps (I only complete them with NoFail, NF)

What do you think I could start implementing or changing to improve properly?

Do mods like HR, HD, FL, DT/NC serve to improve?

Are they advisable to use to improve and which ones?

What would be a synergy, for example: HR and HD

First you need to stop playing 7-8 star maps because they are not in your skill range at all oof

Like Anaxii said, please stop playing 7-8* maps if your goal is to improve.

Other than that, you should stick with the same sensitivity to help build muscle memory. If it keeps changing, there is no way for you to get comfortable with your aim.

When it comes to sensitivity selection, just play with one that is comfortable to you. People play with a wide range of sens. but most stick between 800-1600 dpi. There is no wrong selection if you're comfortable with it.

Practice on 3-4* maps at your rank, is my suggestion.

Firstly, refrain from spending time playing ridiculously high star maps. You gain nothing from playing 7 - 8* maps at your current place. To give you perspective, as a low 5 digits myself, I barely able to play 6.5* upward, my first 7* is only about 85% without NF.

Think of star rating as logarithmically. going from 4* to 5* isn't 1x more difficult, it's 10x. going from 4* to 6* is 100x more difficult. It's important for you to enjoy playing maps effortlessly, no butt-clenching at all time.

Secondly, configuration matters. I'm not a mouse player but ideally you should find a configuration, whatever that is from performance, visual, to hardware, that are the most comfortable to play. Try out tweaking things a little bit, and see if you can stick with your new config or not.

play what you can get at least 85% on, try finding a comfortable config and stick to it
play what you feel like playing and what you like playing
try not to ignore skillsets that are not your main focus tho, because they will limit you at a certain point
try everything that this game has to offer, i was a tech hater yet im spamming it like my nick is nanofranne on some days
dont try ranking up too fast
its ok if you want to put some time to try setting a new top play but only grinding rank will start feeling like a chore, make sure to enjoy the game

DPI/sens is a matter of personal preference, just experiment but most importantly find one soon and stick to it.

I'd start picking up mods once you're comfortably fcing high 5 star maps. All mods are fine and can be good improvement tools, and I think HD, HR and DT can be used in any combination, really, the only exception is that (HD)HRDT will be unreadable due to ar 11 on many maps.

As others have said, for maximum improvement efficiency I'd stick to easier maps.
