I found a post about Threaded Optimization on reddit and Peppy answered "having it on causes stutters, so osu! forces it off".

But for some reason on my laptop, Threaded Optimization actually makes my osu! got smoother, FPS increased about 15% and more stable, and my input latency decreased from 4.1ms to 2.9ms.

So, what I want to ask in this post is How to osu! not change Threaded Optimization automatically switch from on to off after restarting osu!(force turn on it)?

From what i knew, ppy forced it to be disabled on osu! due to stuttering issues. But this was a long time ago, not sure if this still applies.

Still tho, there's many ways to improve overall latency on systems by tweaking manually and forcefully some energy settings / assigning devices to specific cores on your cpu fyi.

Maybe he said it a while ago. Now I think that the issue isn't not an issue anymore idk

As you said, the stuttering issue due to Nvidia threaded optimization is an old issue. and now threaded optimization works fine on my laptop.. why do they still force turning off threaded optimization :(

My request to devs, please add an option to turn nvidia threaded optimization on and off in settings, it's tiring to turn on it manually, going back and forth to the Nvidia control panel is quite time consuming
