Hover or drag?

3 months ago I switched to tablet exactly is a HUION H420x and started to play drag but the nib that comes with the pen is already used up and I put Contac paper on the surface of the tablet, I have more nibs but I don't want to use them up too fast because at the moment I don't have money to buy more nibs and I have been playing hover but I feel that with this style of play I limit myself and my capabilities because I play better doing drag so what should I do? should I remove the Contac from the tablet and play without it? or keep playing hover? need advice :( Thanks ^^

You could try using your mousepad instead of the paper, so the nib doesn't get used that easily (it's my playstyle).
In my opinion it can get you better control of the pen, but if you don't like it this way... Hover will be

every style takes time to get used to. it feelt better for me to hover and still using it.

good thing is i still use the same pen nib since over 2 years now and the tablet has not a single scratch.

if you feel more comfortable with drag, keep it that way.

I mean, its mainly just the combination of hover and drag into one. Its specifically just getting down how you want to play a tapx style that is hard

The Budget M2K, weighs around 13g with scroll wheel and it's a lot cheaper at around 2 bucks.

I can say that I technically have the lightest mouse in the world

I could prob chip it down to a single digit though

If your tablet pen has an eraser on the back end you could try using that too
