First I thought it maybe interesting and then this...
5. The maximum time difference for team members is 4 hours. This meaning you cannot pair up with someone that has more that 4 hour time difference.

The person I wanted to participate with is too far away by 2 hours and I'm not entirely sure if anyone close enough wants to participate with me.

Rule change:
Removed the timezone limit between users. People have been complaining about this and now that I think about it, its not a region based tournament...

What happens to the tourney if we're stuck at 24 teams or at least don't get 32? You thinking of disbanding this or work with what you got so far?
