so the thing is, everyday that i play my grip changes, which causes my aim to change every day. this has been an issue of mine ever since i came back to osu after 2 years of inactivity. when i try to focus on my grip it just gets worse and feels alien. i really want to keep playing but i cant take this thing anymore. yes, i do have photos of my grip and try to recreate it but it feels alien the next day. does anybody else have the same issue? how do i fix it? and also how should i fix my shaky-iness when i play dt?

The most I can tell you is to stop changing it every day. Especially when you've just come back to the game, it's going to feel alien the first time you attempt to get back to a once-familiar grip.

GIve yourself at least a couple days (probly a week) of that grip to be sure it's truly uncomfortable or unuseable. Your body needs to adjust.

As for the grip, I don't have anything better to tell you except to play through it, I know it's rough.

Regarding aim shaky-ness on DT: why is your aim shaky (if you know)? What kind of DT are you playing? If it's above ar 10, I'd say that you probably need to become more comfortable on high ar, but without more details/video it is impossible to tell.

You need to find a grip that is comfortable for you in every skillets. Maybe you're changing if you play jump maps, or if you play finger control amos after, or stream maps the next day.

Happens if I attempt anything longer than four minutes, my grip starts to loosen and my aim precision is falling apart unless I briefly pause to correct my grip.

maybe you can take multiple photos of your grip in relation what mappings style you're playing, and figure out the most comfortable grip (as in you can sustain it for longer map, and you can move it naturally) for yourself. Some people do have specific grip to suit better for playing certain mapping styles.

It also happens to a lot of top players like WhiteCat, ryuk, Rafis, Chocomint,...

The only solution is to simply reposition your pen during a break
