Since 2021 I stopped playing Osu for reasons that I still don't understand. In 2023 I was close to becoming a 5-digit player and even in these times I want to play again and I don't know if it is still worth playing again. I play today, I would like to know someone's answer to reach a conclusion.

Play if you enjoy the game (regardless of how the enjoyment is derived e.g. through climbing ranks, improving skills, playing good songs) and not if you don't.
