So ive been playing no mod basically since I started. I'm still not too great, (I can barely fc low 4* maps) but my theory is that I should focus on no mod until I can comfortably play 5* maps so I can build up raw skill. I'm just curious what yall think. When did you start playing with mods/which ones?

you should play with mods whenever you start fcing 6* mapd
no problem, happy to help lol. and yeah I figured that's what you really meant, a lot of the time people will ask "what is the best way to go about x in this game" and someone will basically respond "do whatever is the most enjoyable" (which is 100% true, and a useful thing to say in and of itself) but often that could be supplemented with a response geared towards someone who is motivated by improvement (and therefore derives the most enjoyment from playing "efficiently")DOUBLEMOODY wrote:

honestly just make sure you dont just play that mod only
i still mainly play nomod so i can play ar8 and still have the ability to read ar10 cuz of hr

You should start one day, or never
if you want to you can play with mods, just don't play too much DT or other mods like HR, because you can get addicted to the mods and you can't play NM.
