My hand hurts when i hold my pen

Basically my hand hurt whenever i play osu or when i write (this caused me problems during school back in the days)
If i believe what i saw on internet the zone that hurts for me are my "A2 pulley" ? xD (idk wtf is this) or maybe my carpal tunnel idk xD but its the zone between my thumb and my index finger and i think the zone that hurts isnt a bone or something like that but idk do you guys have any idea what this is or how to solve it ? ty !

yeah i guess so but the thing is that i dont really know how tight i catually grip it and when i was in school i didnt hold my pen tightly but it still hurts me so idk

thats what i do but its like "idk how to hold a pen" like every time i take it i take it differently not because i want to but there is no precise way to hold it for me and it makes it like sometimes i do a good run where i could do cross screen jump during 2min whith 2-3 miss at most but it hurts terribly and sometimes it feels great but i can play only on half of the screen or something like that i just "dont know how to hold a pen"

its a lateral tripod whith my thumb a little bit higher than usual but the thing is that whithout me realy realising each time i take it after a map i tend to take it at a different height or a different position (my thumb higer or lower a finger like this and not like that) wich make it hard to be consistent (thats an uncounscious move btw)

You kind od the same grip as me

As Mocha said before, don't hold it too firmly and you will be fine! If it still hurts anyway, you should consider see a specialist and they will help you
