Any hints how to prove fingerlock?

I returned after 8 month of innactive in osu! At first I had some problems of stamina, but it could be proved after some playmore. And after 2 month of playing different maps (streams, alt map and jumps) I noticed my index finger always in fingerlock. I can't hit any jumps over 150 (1/2) bpm or streaming over 160 bpm. Tried to take a little rest - 1 week w/o osu - nothing happened. Tried to make a really long warmup - still really hard fingerlocks. Is there any other way to try prove fingerlocks

Try doing hand and wrist warmups, and taking small breaks during your play sessions

so as I said, I did it and resuls is nothing. My index finger can't end fingerlocking

The only way to remove finerlock is to practice your tapping technique. You're going to be way better at busts and streams if you're actually used to alt perfectly so playing maps that challenge your streaming ability are good for that

all my osu life I played streams and alt maps. Everything was good, but now every time I try to play some stream - getting fingerlock. I warmup on streams like 2h but it doesn't help

There's a good chance that ever since you've returned to the game, you've been using a tapping technique that you're not used to.
If you don't think that's the issue, your best bet is to just keep playing and find workarounds.

maybe this is a reason. I played on black gateron and now on silver magnetic, so prb technique changed. But I thought lighter switches make it easier to tap :|. But when I tried to return black gaterons, nothing changed except my shitty stamina

Try looking into your tapping posture, is the keyboard too far or too close? Are your fingers too straight or too curved?
Also look for bad habits like tensing your wrists and fingers too hard when tapping, relax a little bit.

I don't really know what the issue could be, but hopefully this helps. Good luck!
