I hate TikTok as a whole, to be honest. Almost all of it is garbage, low tier bullshit IMO. I do think that most of social media is like that, but this platform is really something else compared to others. Maybe it is my bias against the entire platform though.
Still, I can only guess that the reaction for these videos are like this because, let's face it, not a lot of people are really willingly to sit down and actually get good at this game or do something else interesting in it. For a whole of people, they hear about it(like through TikTok), play it for a bit, see they suck ass, lose interest immediately since it isn't popular and then move on.
