Problem Details: When I'm trying to see who's online on All tag Rank tag it doesnt show me all of the people that are online on the top, it only shows me people that have been loaded on my client only, like people that are on my friends list or country and some other couple of randoms that I have no clue who they are.
I also tried waiting on it to see if maybe Bancho is just lagging, but its not it just doesnt try to load people, but when I scroll down the list and see all of the Loading.. it loads them and if some of them have high rank, they show on the top when I scroll up.
The problem started since the update of PPv2.
