Any goals in your art form? Maybe its developing a style, learning how to draw hands by [date], or having a certain amount of social media followers.

Mine right now is finding motivation to take pictures.

learning how to draw hands, honestly! though i'm good at drawing them right now, it's still hard to draw them :/ and animation too! i'm really good at animating, but motion is still hard for me :p and also finding motivation to actually animate something more than like 30 seconds long hahaha-

I think the big one for me is to break all of the negative mental habits I have whenever I draw. (Stuff like hating everything I draw, expecting something good on the first try/giving up too quickly, not learning from mistakes and putting myself off whenever I get the chance to sit down and actually have time to draw, among other mentality stuff like those.)

On a more technical side, I don't really have an end-goal, so I just set smaller goals as I go along. For example, my current goal is understanding human anatomy to a more accurate level.
Though if I could single out an end goal, I kinda want to release an artbook of some sort!

And I want to draw something without getting that weird artblock feeling, because I always somehow just don't want to draw.. ._.

leaning animation/editing a bit more, along with learning how to blend a bit better both digitally and traditionally.
I also want to learn more about colors as well! color palettes make me happy
