[General]
You have two MP3's in the .osz. Remove one.
Even after removing one mp3, you'll need to make the video a bit smaller. You're almost at 26 MB file size and you should be aiming at 20 MB (the 128 kbs mp3 is about 3 MB).

01:38:600 (3,4) - Miss a couple whistle/claps?
01:56:200 - Having a long break, then play a section as long as that break, then break again... particularly poor pacing, probably. Prolong playing pace properly! I'd follow Normal for a good guideline.
02:23:400 (1) - This is kind of soon after a spinner for an Easy. I recommend 3-4 beats at this BPM.

00:26:600 (1) - This section feels... exactly like the other section before it even though the song's pacing has completely changed. I recommend that you use single circles instead of the 1/1 sliders to give a better feel of a general slowdown. Then things pick back up at 00:33:000 - of course.
01:05:000 (1) - Same thing going on here.

I'm not understanding why you're adding all these 1/4 rhythms to a very strong 1/2 driven song. Feels like you're just trying to add filler.

This'll be pretty nice once you fix up all the rhythm problems.

This is a huge jump up in difficulty from the Hard and the rest of the difficulty spread. :/
Overall it's really trying hard to go beyond the difficulty of the song itself with the extra rhythms all over the place. The general distance snap feels really high compared to the SV as well, so sliders feel really slow for most of the map. Try following the music a bit more - it'll produce a much more satisfying product in the end.

I cannot seem to find the second mp3 file in the folder, and I'm sure there should only be one since I deleted the old 128 kbps version when I replaced it:

Anyways, do you have any more suggestions on how I should fix my insane? I would really like to keep the difficulty level so that more experienced players would actually play the map.

There is no real reason why an experienced player wouldn't play this.
If it was simply too easy for them, they would either SS it or add a mod.

A maps difficulty should reflect the song. The map SHOULD NOT try to be something that is overly hard, difficult and unnecessarily more challenging than the song needs to be. Why would you want to keep the difficulty level of the Insane over improving the rhythm of your map and possibly making your Insane match the song more? If you make a map which is easy to some, is that a bad thing?

Honestly, I wouldn't even use AR9 here because of the low bpm its not really needed, but its your choice entirely.

Anyway, best of luck ;)

Alright, thanks for the feedback. I think I'll upload my current insane as an extra diff and put it in the map description (not included in map set) so that people can choose to download it if they want something more challenging to play while being unranked.

That being said, I'll try to make my current insane difficulty match the song better. Thanks again~

Sorry, but could a BAT unrank this quickly?

As Lach pointed out, a few of the hitsounds where two noises were supposed to play at the same time are in fact several ms off of each other. Lach sent me the fixed .wav files and I've replaced them, I just need someone to unrank this so I can update.

  1. Change the stack leniency to 5 in order to let 02:17:200 (1,2,3,5) - stack correctly.
  2. Replace hitsounds; nromal-hitnormal1~3 and soft-hitnormal1~2.
