Considering the last one was in 2020, probably never. Idk what went into not doing them anymore or why nobody's continuing it, though.
last one is from April 2023 iirc

as for when, we just don't know for now, the last one was on April ( home/news/2023-04-19-beatmap-spotlights-season-9-spring-2023-nostalgia ), so maybe it'll be in the next season
