First of all, I know that what is comfortable for you is something personal and different for everybody, but I just want some tips on how to find what makes me comfortable, not like an exact setup. So I've been playing osu with a tablet for about 3 months or so, and I've found a grip that I feel comfortable playing with and an area that I like. However, everything else from hand movement where I feel uncomfortable when trying to hit notes on the right side of the map (I'm right-handed), hand/arm placement and also the placement of my tablet all feel off. It also doesn't help that I don't have consisting placement for my tablet, I just kinda put it somewhere and play with it, but most of the time it feels off. I often get slight pain in my wrist from playing which I'm pretty sure isn't a good sign too. I don't know if what I'm asking for is too vague, but I appreciate y'all just for reading this long ass paragraph.

I usually cross my legs while playing, it helps keeps me focused in a weird way I cannot explain. I also tend to have background audio on while playing (i.e like an phone playing YT or Spotify)since it helps reminds me of arcade like settings.

I put my tablet where I naturally rest my right hand on the table. Playing around with said position and angle, I figure it best on my own. Pay attention if you might have placed yours on an angle

oh yeah so

- the position of your tablet is really important. you should put it on a place where your arm feel rested
- it's kind of the same with your grip, i can recommend you to take it as if you were taking a pencil to draw and not just replicating an unnatural pen grip that you saw somewhere
- the posture is essential if you don't want to have any pain. try to care about your back while playing the game so you don't end up with something bad in the future
- before playing osu, i can recommend you to exercice as if you were about to run for a marathon. it may also help you warming up faster and getting less pain the more you play the game
