Deactivate mouse movement

Is there any way to supress mouse movement without supressing also mouse clicks? For mouse (click) + tablet (movement) playing

whats wrong with using keyboards?

G400 doesn't track on reflective/glossy white surfaces, such as some types of modelling cardboard (triplex) or quality photo-printing paper.

Quite a few people did this, like BinJip or some laptop users.

Anyway, yeah just put some thick tape over the sensor.
