Just curious if any other top level players have noticed an increase in their aiming/reflexes in real life. Like for example, do you notice you react to falling objects faster than before? Or if you play sports, has osu made your accuracy in said sport skyrocket?

The skills you learn in osu aren't applicable for other things.

Video games do not practice depth perception. This is extremely important for sport, so while you may have learned to focus and be more aware, it's likely not related to reflexes or aim, but rather to your attention span and focusing under pressure.
Reacting to falling objects is not a sign of improved reactions either, but rather improved decision making, something which studies reflect video games do help with. The only thing I've noticed is my QSS/cleanse reactions in LoL have improved a bit since I've started to get good at osu.
only thing i've noticed is i move my mouse with a lot more control/speed/swag, especially in fps games

Playing osu! improved my ability to learn even the most complex concepts, formulas, and proofs, and increased my decision making in all worldly problems, thus giving me an edge in this current economy and society, thereby helping me obtain a CEO position in Adobe, where I make $3 million per year. I would say my osu! skills have most definitely transferred into real life.
I'm fairly sure osu! gave me the patience required to beat all of my friends' Super Hexagon scores.

I wish osu! skills would transfer, then I wouldn't reflect back on my time spent playing and think "what a waste that was!"
All what was fast for me is now slower and I can react faster when ppl want punch me

The only thing I've noticed changing irl from playing osu! hours daily is my ability to tap my left index/middle fingers a lot faster and consistently than my right hand, which is not something that affects me irl.

only thing i've noticed any increase in is humanbenchmark reaction time test, well for most people anyways
still have absolutely no hand eye coordination irl
reaction time for other video games pretty much. nothing in the physical world. and how the hell do you only have 96 playcount
