I can FC maps up to around 4.9 stars consistently with good acc (unless its hard tech or has more complex rhythms). The star rating where I can pass most maps (not first try usually though), is around 6.4 stars. Aim maps are a bit higher of course. I mean a star rating where you can choose a random map and you should be able to FC or pass (respectively) within a few tries most of the time.

I can FC around 5.7* average and pass around 6.4* average (there are outliers for me but that's mainly it)
5.5* for FC, 6 - 6.5* for pass
For generic maps, I'd say around low 6 star for consistent FCs and mid 7 star for consistent passes
I can FC 5 to 6 stars generic maps and some 6 stars generic as well, and I can FC most 5-6 stars with finger control, streams, tech, etc...
