Ways to improve stamina and consistency?

Just wondering if there are any good methods for training stamina besides doing deathstreams...
What I mean by stamina here is not just finger control, but also the ability to play at a high BPM consistently...
And what I mean by consistency is the ability to full combo high BPM maps without much effort...
Anyone that has suggestions on this?

play songs that are really fast but aren't outside of your realm of possiblility (so you're not gonna FC it easily but you're not gonna spam your keys in a futile attempt to keep up)

using the word consistency is terribly misleading when it is at a higher level of gameplay merely the ability to focus

whenever your focus breaks the chance for your combo to break gets higher

Train with mx black switches, then switch to mx red switches :D

Alternatively you could just train with a rubberdome and then switch to red switches

Better gear is good but, don't forget your body. I think you will have better stamina with stronger arms.
Also, you can try to drink coffee and see if it boosts your performance.

"I want to have muscle, but I don't want to work out" is what you're saying. Well, alternatively you can just mash keys on your keyboard without actually playing the game.

Don't really know what you mean by that, it's just a few forearm muscles you need for osu. Cookiezi for example was skinny as hell

Play streamy maps everyday and not giving up..

Try to FAP-FAP oftenly
And your arm and finger will get better on stamina XD

Note: Use this method if only you don't like to practice
