I'd say Blitz but technically Mania supports 2K play (not that anyone makes maps for that). Still, the shifting aspect of Blitz between up to 5 differently-charted lanes would be interesting, though I would expect 2-3 lanes to be standard.
You actually can do this in lazer. not sure how much freedom you have when making a new ruleset since I dont code, but people have made some cool shit.
