Would a stress ball help warmup the wrist?

Problem details: I'm very new to Osu!/Tablet. I've found a grip/area that I really like but after maybe 2-3 hours of playing I start getting this slight wrist pain that locks up my aim and makes big jumps/fast movement impossible. I was wondering if anyone uses a stress ball before/after playing to reduce the pain or warmup their wrist (blood flow).

Actually, it is a very helpful for both warming up or after playing (mostly for before.)
Also, keep in mind that if it starts hurting to take a break or stop playing for that session. It is better to rest for a little bit before playing again than to intentionally injure your wrist. Hope the stress ball will help with reducing your wrist problems

You could try some hand stretches / exercises, there are a lot of guided videos on YouTube for that. Some people spin a Gyro Ball to warm up their hands.
