I just keep tapping to the beat (there should be an option for that too), it helps me a lot while playing HD/HR

I'll do a combo of fingermashing my gaming pad (use that instead of keyboard), and I'll also cursor dance and spin in circles.

I just woke up from a nap during that break. I feel so refreshed now.

actually i always have a cup of water next to my laptop. so when the break comes i'll just take a sip and hum randomly. either drink or food. or read a book/paper for most of the time during the break after drink/eat one.
In an attempt to break my laptop keys so I would have a reason to buy a mech, I spam the keys like a madman.
