Personally, I FC bunch of 3 - low 4* before jumping into my usual range or pushing my limit. It helps mainly with noticeable boost of confidence when you know that your fundamentals is alright. Also black tea

Long Stream Practice 140bpm x2 so that my fingers can move with little fingerlocks
then Long Stream Practice 160bpm/https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/1757522#osu/3596820 (ZerA - Time)

I play any 7*

Long stream practice 190 bpm 5x with 2 min breaks between each map (takes me 20 mins). I move up by 10bpm when I can get a 95%+ FC on the 5th map minimum. If I’m not going to play for long, I don’t bother warming up.

Most people choose to warm up by playing very long deathstream maps... I don't really see the point of doing that except destroying your hand oof

i like alt warmups, it warms up both your tapping and your aim

I find that it's the fastest way to get my hand warmed up (there's also the bonus of building stamina / finger control). It would take hours for me to reach the same point by playing normal maps, probably a bit less if I'm playing dt.

idk, its been a while since I played multis so the culture may have changed, but usually all anyone in my skill range picks is farm, memes, overplayed maps, or 7+* lobby killers

I won't recommend to join random lobbies but more like warmup lobbies that are not very popular compared to the random ones. You will also discuss with other people and be friend with them!

the shittiest warmup routine known to man, gradually go from 150 bpm to 200 bpm, every 5 bpm includes 2 maps, 1 with simpler tapping and 1 stream/burst/tapping map, this process takes up to 2 or more hours
My Angel Marisa
freedom dive 222 bpm stream

I play a few mid to high 4* maps as a warmup. Let's me feel good about getting a full combo as well.
