Offbeat to me I think starts at ~260 which is when the singing starts. Also your timing points seems weird to me so you might need to get it fixed after the offbeat change. I revise to go back and change things a little bit like distance snapper. Some of the distances were wrong in a way. Also at 00:11:125 there is a huge jump from by the 1/2 diviser. So I recommend checking that again. Other than that easy should be ok.

I felt like normal was the type of normal I was expecting. For example like the beginning slider at 00:01:513 it felt like when it was going some of the key components of notes was in the background being covered waiting to be played. When I tested it I felt it was quite hard to play considering how slow it was like it seems it was easy it a way. That I felt some slow parts were hard to read. I feel that you should make sliders a lot faster because it really is missing a couple of notes in key components of the song. Also that your timing points are incorrect with normal so you should go back and fix that.
