just dont play harumachi
don't farm when you're 7 digit, or else your top plays would end up like my top plays

Don't play short maps in general
Play nomod, there's 0 value in investing time into DT/HR at your level of gameplay.
More difficult maps (as you probably notice) start to feature higher complexity which is a much bigger difficulty leap than DT/HR will give you. In fact, it will make you avoid more complex maps because you get used to the extremely simplified design of Easy and Normal diffs.
Group your maps by rank achieved and order by difficulty.
Then check out the star rating of the most difficult map you have a full combo / S rank on. You'll want to play maps around that star rating, probably slightly above. Work your way up incrementally, even 0.1 star rating can be a somewhat noticeable difference when starting out.
Download a heap of beatmap packs if you're short on maps.

Shortcut : Brute force yourself to consiously aim where you constantly miss. Memorise it and probably use OD lenience to your advantage. Flick your pen/mouse as hard as you can if you lack the raw speed
