check RBRat3s avatar. it isn't downscaled correctly, yet is fine on his profile.

at least, i'm guessing the issue is with the that new update

As shown in the screen, it's not fixed everywhere. Here, I was on my own friendlist. (https://osu.ppy.sh/p/friends)

Changed my avatar to a 192x192 one as a test, this happens
