Seems cheated in some form. You don't go from not having a single 50pp play to suddenly doing a 147pp HDDT SS play, much less somehow submitting a score for a map with HDDTFL as a 1st play that's NM but STILL takes first.

The score itself could still be bugged, I guess, but that HDDT play still seems hella sus to me.
