Now this function is available in main menu only.
I hope change everywhere(select music,play mode...).

possible?

Because most graphical elements need to be reloaded at the new resolution (in cases fullscreen resolution != windowed resolution), there would be quite a lot of code changes to allow this to happen. For the time being I'd like to avoid this complication, as I am still fixing up minor issues from the widescreen changes.

In most cases it will work fine. In some it won't. I'd rather not get too technical because it isn't going to help anyone.
