put sticky note on your monitor that you're taking a break and why (for stronger hands if you can't think of a reason) and then pick a few books to read
Just uninstall osu at this point ngl, and find another thing to do
10-12 hours in a row is insane wtf??? Just take a break already, you're pushing yourself on osu for nothing. It's not good for your health, I can guarantee you 🚫

get job, spend 8 hours there, only have 2-4 hours to play.
