i noticed that i'm way too early at the next circle instead of aiming perfect at the end and tapping. It's hard explain but i do hope that you can understand lol. anyways does anybody have some tips? thanks for any advice :3

you should be aiming for higher accuracy (preferably 96%+ fcs), even if that means playing lower star maps temporarily

You can try synchronising your aim and tapping by pretending you have to physically click each circle, like how you click on things normally with a mouse. If you have to, try playing with mouse-only or tablet-only for a bit.

Also work on your overall ability to get high accuracy by getting high accuracy plays

More like try to aim for the lowest UR possible, but having the highest accuracy means the same thing lol

I agree with this.

In general, though, the approach circles are your friend. Play the New Beginnings tutorial if you haven't, and take advantage of the approach circle's presence to time your hits better. Putting in that extra effort and intentionality of physically clicking with a mouse is also helpful, alongside working on listening to the music and trying to play along to the rhythm. This is, above all else, a rhythm game, and being able to grasp the tempo of the song and patterns you will see based on the sounds of the music are paramount skills to learn.

Yes, higher-SR maps generally are more accurately mapped to the instruments and rhythm of the map (usually...), but that comes at the cost of increased complexity, speed and/or technique to accurately play at such higher object densities; things which, as a newer player, you don't have yet. Even then, except for maybe the absolute easiest of easy maps (like, maybe 1.2* or lower), most 1* maps keep to the rhythm of the song as a more simplistic beat.

Once you can handle that, then you can add it more notes to play in general or more notes in a single short frame of time: a simple 1/4 beat pattern (1-2-3-4) becomes a denser 1/8 (1-and-2-and-3-and-4-and), or a pattern that might have a couple sliders stand in for that 1/4 beat (i.e. 1-2 and 3-4 , or even 1 to 4, are covered by sliders) are replaced by objects. Over time you can play those faster and faster until you see actual bursts (i.e. 3 notes stacked together that are played in a single beat) or objects that are at that same 1/4 pattern but are spaced up to half a screen away, requiring you to move a lot faster than you had to before. That's all part of improving at the game.

Pretty good stuff here already.

But one thing that helped me out was the HD mod. I wouldn't say you need to try it just to have perfect timed hits, but I would suggest it. It's not for everyone though.
But then again there is already good tips here

Even though i didn't play that much, the physically clicking with tablet only already gave me some improvement so fast. So these tips are really good, and I'll take a lot of time doing that. Thanks for all of your help lol
