Can I combine skins from different songs?

So I have some songs that I really like the "Mouse look" and the beat notes, not so much of the characters and sound of the skin but is there a way where I can somehow combine the skins?

http://osu.ppy.sh/s/86290 - I like the 300s,100s,50s
http://osu.ppy.sh/s/6535 - I like the spinning for this one
Is there a way I can combine them?

GO to your songs folder and fine each of these songs' folder then take the skin elements you want out of them and add them to your current skin (or a new one).
