Are you talking about the mouse only playstyle? If yes, then it's not a common playstyle ngl. It's kinda uncomfortable to play since you have to aim and click at the same time with the mouse
bonus is that if you get bored of retry spamming then you could open up two osu windows, get two mice, and use each mouse to control a window

Mouse only is cracked, a really cool player named Riviclia: users/1616533 is mouse only and hes good
i almost never see anyone playing mouse only, personally I think it's really difficult and uncomfortable but props to anyone who does it
