00:43:924 (2) - The tick sounds a bit lonely and awkward. How about changing this to a 1/1 slider, with a note 1/2 after it? I'll reduce the volume of the tick a bit, I like how this slider follows the trumpet sound.
00:45:955 (4,1) - The transition here from foreground to background back to foreground feels a bit weird in terms of rhythm. Might be better to go for something a bit simpler here, like http://puu.sh/6pXyU.jpg I'll keep this, these changes are quite hard to do, and I don't think the rhythm feels that weird :<
