I dunno.
It's definitely unique and mildly starrable.
BG could use some work.
Running out of nice things I can say.
With a bit more work it could rival the tutorial maybe?

U sure the offset is -35? The second offset seems early too, recheck those.

I doubt some other BATs will take a look at this.

I mean it's flawless map aspect, but it's getting the "I don't want to rank/approve this" vibe like Cover my Ears

Okay, this cannot possibly be approved yet, sorry.
Sure, you say you don't care about osz2 and you don't care if they delete the storyboard so that they can FC the map without getting distracted.
But the people who play and Full Combo this map now, being still able to delete the storyboard, will have an unfair advantage over the people who will play this after osz2 arrives, as they cannot just kill the SB.
Certainly you could argue with some other skins and storyboards on different maps being distracting too, and also giving the players after osz2 a big disadvantage as they cannot delete this skins/storyboards. But opposed to India: A Travel Survival Kit, none of the other storyboards/skins really intended to be distracting, apart from Disturbia, whose storyboard is undestroyable, and StrangeProgram, which maybe should have waited for osz2, too.
Now the only thing you could perhaps do to make this map more approvable/rankable is delete the storyboard in its entirety, but if you did that you'd make every fan of this map sad and destroy the actual purpose of it. And I wouldn't remod it because you would have made me sad.
