The background's aspect ratio is not good, please fix.

Irre's Insane:
00:04:687 - add hit circle? I think it fits to the lyrics
00:06:201 (4,5) - why don't you stack these perfectly?
00:09:592 (6) - the part after this feels a bit empty, why don't you add some objects?
00:15:787 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3) - you could follow that shape, like this: http://puu.sh/6nAVc.jpg (ctrl+shift+r --> selection centre --> -33 degrees)

Extra:
this difficulty doesn't have hitsounds which is unrankable, you should add some

00:11:759 (5) - remove hit circle? it feels kind of overmapped
00:12:910 (9) - make this a little less curvy, it doesn't look nice like this in my opinion
