Aim hand cramping

Took about a month break from early-ish June to early-ish July and for the past week or so I haven't been able to bring myself to play the game for more than 20-30 minutes because whenever I tightly hold my pen, (what I normally do, especially during stream maps) for more than like a minute the meaty part of my palm underneath my thumb starts to burn, then cramp badly. That's what I've usually done with my pen, held it tightly and it was just fine until I took this last month break. It's also what I need to do otherwise my aim is all sloppy. Wondering if anyone has had this same issue or if there's an easy fix because I don't want to injure my hand. Thanks

change ur pen grip again or you may have to switch to mouse. try to use a grip similar to holding a real pen when writing

full area/bigger tablet and repeat

the easy fix is to not grip so hard, be relaxed/find more comfortable grip.

it's only easy if you want to do it though, you have to make it a priority. don't tense up or use uncomfortable grip even if it feels like you play 'better' with it or need to hit something.

If none of these methods work, maybe you should consider go back to mouse and there will be no more hand cramping

Alright, thanks guys. I'll try just being relaxed and maybe change grip and area if necessary

Also make sure that you do proper stretches before sessions and during sessions when you feel it cramp up. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EiRC80FJbHU&ab_channel=DrLeviHarrison
