when playing any map even rly easy ones my nerves when i get a high combo end up making me miss stupidly easy notes

how can i stop this and is there any map to help me for this????

I think it gets easier with experience.

Don't read lazily, make sure you absorb the location of each note ("reading", many low rank players think that reading only refers to low/high ar)

Play more and nerves will disappear with time

i cant control nerves myself when they kick in it becomes spray and pray mode

What does that exactly mean? Like you have to focus more or something?
